When will my order ship?

After an order is placed it goes into production within 1 business day. The total time for a customized order to be processed through production, shipment, and delivery is about three weeks. Once your order is about to be shipped, you will receive an Email with a UPS tracking number


How should I enter the monogram initials / name?

Please enter the monogram name / initials in the order as you would like them to appear on the case or skin. If the design you would like to order has two options (name and initial) Please enter the name first followed by the initial.


What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.


How much is shipping?

For U.S. Orders: Shipping is FREE on orders over $25.

For Canada Orders: Shipping is $3.95.

For Australia & New Zealand Orders: Shipping is $4.95.


How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped UPS Mail Innovations.


How long will my order take to arrive after it ships?

After an order has shipped typical delivery time for U.S. order is 3-7 business days. For international orders typical delivery time is 14 business days.


How many discount / gift cards can I use per order?

Before you proceed with applying a promotion to your order, please know that our systems will only allow you to add ONE code per order. This includes discount codes/promo codes/AND gift codes. Also, if you add a gift card to your order, any automatic promotions will be voided.


Do you offer a return policy?


Mgramcases are customized cases and can not be reused. The complexity of these cases forces us to have a strict return/refund policy. We do not give refunds on orders that have already gone into production or have shipped. Mistakes due to a customer error will not be refunded or replaced. Customer errors can consist of misspelling name/Initials, selecting wrong device, suppling insufficient address. Mistakes made by Mgramcases will result in a replacement. (Please note that the request will have to made within the first 30 days of delivery.)

As stated above, these cases are very complex. If a mistake is found, an image of proof will be requested.

Important! All exchange information must be sent to Mgramcases within one week after delivery. 

Customer Error: If the customer ordered the wrong case/design/monogram please email us and we will send you a promo code worth 25% of your purchase. This code can be used by the customer to enter a new discounted order, including the correct case that they wish to receive.


How many free gift cards can I receive?

Once you have received your first $100 gift card, you are then unable to qualify/order another. Due to the high demand, company policy only allows one $100 gift code PER CUSTOMER. We sincerely apologize if this leads to any inconvenience, but we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this matter.



Is there a minimum I need to order to redeem a gift card?

Please be aware that when using your $100 gift code, your order must first be over $100. You will be unable to place an order using ANY given gift codes if your order is at less the total amount of the gift code itself. *(You must spend a given amount in order to use your gift code)*


How do I receive a gift card?

In order to receive a gift card code, you MUST order at least one case. You will not be able to qualify to receive a gift card code without the purchase of a case.


How do I receive my free case for the BOGO promotion?

In order to receive your free cases, you must add all of the cases to your cart before checkout. This is an automatic promotion, so once all of the cases are added, the price will be adjusted to reflect the sale.


Why did I receive a standard case for my Samsung Edge Device?

We do not offer the shockproof upgrade for the Edge devices. We have encountered a glitch on the website that allows you to select the shockproof option, when we do not offer it.
